31 I think is the safest bet.
My wife has small wrist and no interest in a large watch. Other women like the oversized look. YMMV. Best to take her to try them on and see what she prefers. If it's a surprise, see if you can buy one that you can take back and swap if she doesn't love it. Good luck and congrats! |
