What two watches to add to my small collection ?

I currently have a three watch collection. I’m looking to add two more watches to complete my 5 piece collection. I am on the list for a Daytona at the AD I use. Was told I should get one soon, who knows? If I don’t get one soon I was thinking about an omega speedmaster man on the moon? My other options to complete the collection is a air king, explorer 1, or black bay 58. I am a foreman at a major refinery blue collar type job and travel all over the world scuba diving on my days off. What watches do you guys think work? I am open to suggestions.
