Would you make this trade? AP Royal Oak Offshore Rose Gold

Hi all, I'm not too terribly knowledgeable in the AP world and would likely get this piece to trade it into something else so I'd like to be in it "good". Original owner is offering up this 25940OK.OO.D002CA.01.A Royal Oak Offshore in Rose Gold. It is a full set with box and papers. Last service was stated to be in 2015 at same AD as original purchase. Owner reports watch being a 2011 model. Trade value on the watch would be roughly $24-$25k. Am I in too deep at that price point? Based on a few searches this seems to be retail on this watch. Any thoughts from more sage AP folks would be greatly appreciated! Hope you all are well and staying safe . . .
