After I was booted from the store, I sent him and his sales team an email shortly thereafter to let them know I appreciated the sales associate who was initially working with me. I then let the owner know he could enjoy his Yelp review, Rolex corporate would be contacted, and I’d be posting my experience on multiple forums.
