OP, some of the other posters do bring up a good point about not getting anything, hey, you gave her thousands of dollars, she is making a nice profit.
That being said, if you still feel inclined to do so, I think that these very expensive champagnes are over the top and not necessary. Call her on your way to pick the watch up on Monday, find out what color wine she likes, stop at the liquor store, have it gift wrapped and give it to her when you pick up the watch. You can also tell her that you will be happy to refer her to your Rolex friends on the forum. She should like that very much and keep you in mind for further purchases. |
