Adding PM into an SS collection

Hello all. I've been lurking around the forums for a while and have come across some posts regarding how adding PM ruins one's feelings towards their SS pieces. I've seen PM pieces that interest me, but I've been reluctant to go down that road because I currently do enjoy the SS watches that I have. I would like to enhance my collection and wear everything I own, but I do have concerns that I will begin to ignore SS once I experience PM.

A couple of examples if anyone can chime in include adding a 116519 to an existing collection that has a 116500. Both great watches, but a different feel altogether. Do you find that the 116500 gets ignored going forward? Or just adding a PM DD40, WG or PT. Has the warmth and heft made going back to SS uneventful? Any thoughts and experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
