Going to my AD today to try on the Exp II
I have been collecting for quite some time and I have gone back and forth over the years on whether I should add the 216570 Polar. I have most of the desirable SS Rolex sport watches already. My AD, who has procured many of the most difficult watches to acquire for me, called me and asked if I wanted the Polar Exp II. I tend to love the bigger watch size as I sold two DJ 36 and added the DJ 41 and love the size of my DJII.
I am hoping that I will have a strong feeling one way or the other on this watch. I have researched the forum on the Exp II. Many love it but felt it was too big for them or they love it. If I pull the trigger, I will say that my Stainless collection will be complete.............unless something blows me away in the future. I do wonder what Rolex might do with this reference for it's 50th anniversary and for this reason I am also a little concerned about adding the current version. What say all of you? |
