First luxury watch

Hello, I'm new to the watch game but I have big aspirations (maybe too big). I am looking at buying a G series 14060m sub for about 9500 USD from Watchbox. They say it was serviced in July 2019 and is in "excellent condition". Is that a fair price?

I'm also buying from overseas and the watch would be shipped to someone I trust until I get home in a few months. Should I wait to buy when I'm able to receive the watch and inspect it myself, or is Watchbox reputable enough for me to trust I'm not getting conned?
