41mm Rolex Case

Just went out to an AD during lunch, and decided to try a few watches on.

I must say that I was not impressed with the DDII. The size was really overwhelming, just like I thought in the pictures. It was really humungo and not my fit at all. It was also however, very heavy and pleasant to hold, not to wear.

However, I have never felt that way about the submariner. I felt that the sub actually fit my 6.5" wrist very well.

So for all you people out there who may feel bad that Rolex came out with a DJII and has "feminized" our 36mm, TRUST ME, the 36 is a timeless classic, just like we always thought, and will ALWAYS be a men's size. This new 41mm case diameter thingy is just a fad that's going to quickly fade. This AD also told me that they have never ever sold one yet since taking delivery of these DDII last year, dont see why they would lie to me about that.
