Hey OP. I have the original black deep-sea and also had the opportunity to buy the JC when they first came out. I didn't get it. I found the green writing to be too obvious so passed. Back to the original black. I had to remove the divers extension to get the perfect fit and I have similar size wrists to you.
I think the DS is very unique and different from other Rolexes. You have 2 beautiful models already so maybe look at something else? Tudor or AP?
