Ok kids, an update:

Well, went to the AD today. When he greeted me, he said a salesperson sold the SDDS. He apologized, said he should have pulled it from the showcase (well, whatever). He did remove the Milgauss and the Daytona never was in the showcase. He said that he has another SDDS on order, and he expects it within 7-10 days.

He said the best he could do on the three is $20,500. I told him I really wanted to get it to be $20K out the door.

I told him I would call him tomorrow and let him know. I think I'm still sticking to the $20,000. I know it may seem petty to some, but if it is petty for me to want the $500 off, it's also petty for him to kill the deal over $500.00.

In any event, we agreed that if we make the deal, I would pick up all three at the same time, which he agreed. I figure that would give him the incentive not to sell any other one out from under me, while I am waiting for the SDDS to come in.

So that's where it stands. Looks like I'm not going to have the watches for another week or so. Good news for the life of this thread. It will keep going a while more.
