Torneau pre-owned

Just realized something. As I track my incoming h-series PAM 111 on FedEx, I'm thinking about swimming with it in a week, and was considering getting it pressure tested (I posted here about this).

It just occurred to me that before it came to me, the watch was purchased by the previous owner pre-owned from Tourneau in Novermber 2019 (purchase receipt was included with box and papers in my sale).

Aren't Tourneau pre-owned watches serviced before they are sold? I think I'll still get it checked before swimming, but kind of happy to realize that this 2005/2006 watch was recently serviced. Right? Tourneau can surely handle servicing an ETA movement, correct?
