If you know anything about antique violins, about 90% of them from the 1800's and early 1900's have a paper on the inside that says "Antonio Stradivari". They are not a Stradivarius, but they are collectible. Well some buyer wanted to return the violin for whatever reason, said it wasn't a real Stradivarius, so eBay told the buyer that he needed to DESTROY the violin since it wasn't an original Stradivarius, and provide video evidence of doing it. That is my vision of eBay's "confiscation policy". |
