Question about winding
Hi guys,

I have a question about winding.

If I wear my D-Blue everyday (not at night), should I wind it in the morning or it's not necessary ?

What if I wear it every second day ?

I do not want to damage the movement by winding it for nothing, neither put a stress on it if not winded...
