Dallas RSC..
So to keep it short, my sub which is still under warranty developed an issue where when you would move your wrist quickly or lightly shake the watch it felt like it would buzz/vibrate. Either like the rotor was impacting the movement or like the mainspring would slip/unwind idk. On top of that there was a white piece of dirt or dust on the dial that annoyed the hell out of me.
Go through an AD and they send it to RSC Dallas, get a call 2 weeks later (myself and AD were surprised at the turn around as they quoted 12 weeks) that it is back and complete.. Pick up the watch still exhibiting the same symptom, and they clearly never took the watch apart as the dial still has the piece of dirt on it. Is this what i should come to expect from Dallas? Bit annoyed and frustrated and just hoping it will come back actually fixed this time around |
