The disadvantage of the Subs Glidelock...
Now this obviously depends on the size of your wrist, but in my case, at 6.75" I have only one spare link on my Bluesy, the reason for that is that in order to center the clasp properly on my wrist, I have a "sacrificial" link that's basically right on top of the Glidelock spaces. In other words, the Glidelock is set pretty far in (to make the bracelet smaller) and as a result one full link is right on top of the grooves of the Glidelock system which causes scratches there. I am wondering how deep these scratches will go over time or if they will just stop getting worse at some time.
How do you have your bracelet adjusted, did you take more links out to avoid this situation? Did you put some protective film over it, or do you just let it be since no one really ever gets to see that particular link since it is hidden inside the clasp?
