Just an Observation..... OP41 Supply and Demand

Since no one seems to know how many OP41s will be made in 20/21, been trying to gauge supply and demand metrics of the new OP41. Have 5 rolexes in collection and never had a problem finding what I want until Covid. Have been to three AD's in Dallas in search of 3 OP41s Blue dial (Christmas gifts) and they say mid next year. One month ago went to Chrono24 to see whats there. The OP41 had 43 for sale average price 11,000. Looked today and 217 results for "124300" for average price of below $8,000 for a $5,900.00 watch.

Maybe when they hit 500+ plus for sale on Chrono24 they will be around $5,900.00. Dont want to pay a premium if dont have to.....I am a cheap bastard and dont want a deal, I want a steal but never works with Rolexes

Anybody else have any ideas how to judge supply and demand of a desired watch without paying an obscene premium....
