It's a redialed Tudor. It was all the rage about 15 years ago. People wanted to associate it more closely with Rolex visually. Everyone knows Rolex. People that didn't know watches had no clue what a Tudor is. Also the California dial was a fad too. It all looks correct for Tudor though except for the redial.
