Advice on next piece

Hi all,

I'm looking to finalize a three watch line-up this year with the addition of a SS sport model. Currently have the DJ41fluted on Jubilee and the BBGMT on bracelet. Both are keepers.
I have previously owned a GMTIIC and am not considering yet another one. So that's one off the table.
What I'm looking for is something more plain and understated.
My DJ41 serves as my dress watch
The BBGMT is a daily / work beater
Whatever new addition will be worn in more relaxed situations.
I'm currently leaning towards a 124060 Sub but I would much appreciate to have your thoughts on the matter.
