Scratches on Glidelock and Clasp

Hello,

I just got my new submariner from AD and I can't wait to enjoy wearing it. But I notice there are some scratches on the new Sub as below photos show. One is on the end link of Glidelock, and the other one is on the interior clasp.

I'm wondering if the scratches are commonly seen on those parts of a Sub? I know the polished edges/sides of the end link on Glidelock are easily to get scratched, but not sure if it is also common to happen on the front of it.

My AD told me the scratches are totally normal since the parts are metal-on-metal, but I would like to know your thoughts and experience.

Thanks!
