Rolex, Breitling or Omega.
I guess the easy answer would be Rolex, but this poll is not as straight forward as the title is. A friend of mine saw my Glycine and wants it bad! The thing is I bought the last one in our local AD and buying online isn't an option for him, plus he likes the number 36 and mine is LE #036/350. He gave me a great offer on buying it but he wants me to trade up to one of his watches. I love the watch but I seem to be pampering it a lot and too worried about scratching off the PVD coat. So I decided to go ahead and trade!
Now for the hard part. The three watches out of his collection that had me interested are a Rolex Explorer I (not sure which serial but a 2007 model), an Omega Planet ocean (45mm with orange numerals, black bezel on black leater strap) and a Breitling SuperOcean Heritage (Chronograph, blue on blue rubber). The Rolex is simply stunning but I'm not sure about size, my wrists are only 6.5" and I still think it might be too small. Will try it on tonight to determine. The latter two both speak to me but are both a little more expensive since they are both BNIB! Also, I will have to buy a bracelet for them. What would you do? |
