My watches all fit properly, Rolex or otherwise.
Even in hot or cold weather with my arm size changing very slightly, the fits are great.

If your watch fits properly there is not even a need for quick-adjustment. (my experience; your mileage may vary)

One thing that IS VERY bad though, is the OysterFlex. Nothing but lug damage when they need to be changed for resizing. Rolex should have at least incorporated slots <notches> in the OF so the dang spring bars do not have to be PRIED out with crowbars, ruining the lugs. Dumb, dumb design.
