Day Date 36 turquoise dial

Kind of intrigued by this dial.
Don't see much love for it here-or even mention.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
2 questions in particular:
1. I would "imagine" that at 44k this dial would not be something dealers try the same song and dance bullcrap tactics they use on the stainless watches?
2. As someone who wore a 36 DJ (TT naturally) for 15 years I think the bracelet was the TINIEST tighter than my current OP41. May be placebo effect!
Are 36 Rolexes, as made today, less in terms of circumference, if that is the proper term, than the 40's? I have an average sized wrist. Never had it measured!
