INCOMING - with a view (1 day wait!)

I finally pulled the trigger on my first Rolex last week and went with the Root Beer for it's versatility and uniqueness. Photo taken from home with crazy Los Angeles in the background. Folks online were definitely correct in how you have to see this one in person to appreciate the tones/colors!

The story of getting one in a day without any purchase history:

I am in a unique situation with a wonderful contact. I texted and they got back to me within minutes with the Root Beer confirmed from an AD. They overnighted it to LA and here it is. I mainly got it for business meetings but slowly getting comfortable wearing it daily. I am not a big watch or car guy.

It has been great being a member here and seeing everyone's posts. This is addicting and I am already itching for the next one.
