Opinion on 18038 "Jubilee Dial"

Has anyone seen this dial before? I can't seem to find any other examples of it? Is this factory Rolex dial or custom? It's a Rolex monogram jubilee anniversary dial in ivory/cream. Seen here on an 18038 6-mil serial.

Cheers,
