Tantalum watches - which to collect?
Over the past 2 years I’ve developed an unhealthy obsession with tantalum watches. The fact it is perhaps the hardest metal to work with along with the Greyish blue luster, incredible heft/weight and hardness appeals to me…a lot. To me it is the ultimate "if you know you know watch material" since from afar it looks like steel or titanium.
Wondering which tantalum watches everyone that has seen that are both objectively desirable, rare and worthy of collecting? In addition to these 3, I am considering a PAM 172 too but could use some suggestions. Of course the two tone 34 and 36mm oaks in tantalum and steel are on the list… Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
