Warranty Card without date! Problem or not?

I wanted to get your valuable opinions to buy a daytona for a while and now I am about to complete the negotation stage with the seller. However, the date of purchase is not written on the warranty card of the watch I want to buy, and only the name of the place where it was bought is written. The seller is also the second owner of the watch, so his information is limited. I wondered if the card could be fake or not. Do you think this is normal or is it a concern that the date has not been added? As you know that there is also text on the back of the card stating that being undated will void the warranty. I told this to the seller but he said I could misinterpret that text. What would you do?
