6.5 in wrist here. I had multiple 6 digit subs and gmts but ultimately ended up parting with them all since I felt self conscious wearing them because of their size. I wish I didn’t feel this way because they were otherwise perfect and I miss having them in my collection. On the bright side, a couple of years ago I bought my first Daytona in SS and even though it is 40 mm, it fits me perfectly. This has to do with the true dimensions being below 40 mm, and the much smaller lugs and caseback that allow me to get the right (tight) fit that I prefer. Last fall, I added an oysterflex Daytona and regrettably I am starting to feel that it is a bit too big with its larger case and bulkier bracelet. I’ve also had several 36 mm Datejusts and they all fit perfectly.
