BB58 punches above its weight
I find myself frequently reaching for this piece. It wears beautifully and has such a great aesthetic. I love the edge distortion from the domed crystal, gives it a great vintage look even though it's a modern sapphire. The crown is a joy: big, easy to wind, feels secure and sturdy, and has great tactile feel and satisfying sound when winding. Bonus points for the absence of crown guards (huge plus in my book). The dial is simply gorgeous. That gold text, the gilted hands and hour markers... they just shine beautifully on the granular matte background. Love the beveled edges on the case and the stepped bracelet. The pop of red on the lume pip adds just the right punch.
I've had no QC problems with my piece. It keeps insanely accurate time, runs the full 70 hours, and has taken my daily beatings without a hiccup. Just thought I'd share my appreciation for this incredible watch. For the money, I don't think you can possibly find a better value proposition in the whole market.
