That's good advice. I'm being a bit of a whiny beatch....be the first admit it...but they should know. Everyone needs to learn their trade. There is a truism among people who refinish wood floors, "It takes a certain touch. Just don't learn the touch on your own floors."

Same is true at Rolex. people need to learn the skills to become masters. But damn! Don't give them my watch to practice on! The scratch on the dial--you can see exactly how it happened when the dials were pried off--totally threw me. I mean, it is what it is, and I'm okay...but who do they hand the Platinum Meteor Face to, and why don't I rate that guy?
