- Some of the watches are running. Either someone wound them in the morning or people have been busy trying them on.
- The stock keeps changing. If they were dummies the entire case would eventually be full. There would be no need to remove them - ever.


The exhibition units are thus simply a selection of the stock the AD has in the safe. They periodically pull something out to put in the case but they'll certainly sell it within a few weeks.
