What’s the deal with SD43 3235????

My goodness!! I purchased a new SD43 in 2019, ran great for like four months then needed a service. Had it serviced by certified Rolex, and it was +2 daily close about a year. Now it’s -12 a day…in just what the hell? At a full wind it slows down then after some usage it picks back up. But it’s slow when I’m wearing it, and it’s only “”barely ahead”” off my wrist face up. Next, I purchased my wife a datejust36 with the new 3235 movement and same thing! Lagging in time, amp is low. Just like Wtf? 20K for two watches that aren’t reliable for more than three days. Anyone else having the same issues?
