Incoming for wife and father in law combo

Very pleased to be able to get 2 watches im 2 weeks.

Had a bit of purchase history with my AD.

And had shortlist a dj31 for my wife and an explorer 1 for my father in law.

Last week got a call frm my AD which he said he got a 2tone version of the dj31 for my wife and asked if I would like to see it.

I showed my wife the pic and she says lets go see it if she like it.

So the same we we went down and see the piece in person. Wow. My wife love it instantly. It looks better than in pics.

She said yes. And we r so happy with this purchase. What a perfect watch. Its a better choice than the ss one that my wife initially wanted.

Then I asked if theres any 41mm 2t dj. Perhaps a match for me and wife. My ad told me to wait for the 2t skydweller which i had wanted. But he showed me 2 dj41 in 2t in stock. Me and wife look quite pleased with 1 of them. My heart was thinking this 2t 41mm dj would look much better on my father in law.

My wife din say much. Perhaps thinking that the budget for the explorer to this would be doubled. Lol. Or perhaps this was a bit too older looking.

Anyway over dinner. I asked my wife. Lets get the 2t dj for her dad. Its really more for him. Okay. My wifr grinned.

And so here we r a week later. Today. We went down to finalise the purchase. A huge thanks to my AD for reserving us this watch.

In 7 days he made a happy wife for me. Hee and my father in law gonna be super happy with this watch.

Yeah i know 2t dj r "easier" to get. But somehow this 2 watches seems fated to be bought by us. Right timing. Right model. What r the odds.

Meanwhile for me. I am very hopeful of being allocated the 2t skydweller in black dial and the 2t sea dweller. Having got 2 2ts already though not for myself. Somewhat after this short watch journey of mine, I do appreciate and take a super good liking into gold watches. Maybe for my anniversary with my wife next yr. I should go full PM. Hee.
