Brand new rolex - black marks

Brand new rolex (less than 1 month old)
Suddenly found some black marks on some links from the back side. And also on the clasp exactly where those links meet.
These were the best photos I could take unfortunately.

Regarding the links-It’s not dirt, I tried rubbing it off with some water.
It seems like discoloration.

Regarding the clasp- it looks like some sort of reaction with the links. It’s hard to see but I can definitely feel those marks with my fingernail.

What can/should I do?
I already tried removing with some dish soap and warm water but it stayed.
Any help would be appreciated!!
