I have an old SD 16660 that I don’t want anymore. There are some online companies that will give you an offer for your watch, but…. they ask you to send your watch in to them for them to evaluate it first.

To me, this seems like pure inanity.

Am I missing something here? How on earth do these companies acquire watches this way? Do people just ship them their Rolexes and pray to god that it comes back?
