I cannot believe people like Thanh existed! If only I knew about him sooner. He made it so easy when I purchased my first Rolex online via bank wire.

His communication became the golden standard for me. I was shocked. Every little question I had, he answered (even if they sounded annoying or somewhat repetitive). Every request I asked for, he did it. I felt spoiled, especially the back and forth email (no phone call) communications.

When he said "excellent" condition, oh it definitely is. The packaging is perfect for protecting the watch, so no worries there.

The first time buying anything online of value is always "scary" when you're new, especially Rolexes. But, after this transaction; I think it's a whole new world opened up for me. I admit I got hooked and will keep buying more watches from Thanh.
