For Sale: Rolex 14270 Explorer Set RSC Serviced
For sale is this amazing Rolex Explorer ref 14270 with an A serial (dating it to 1999) with original box and service papers. I originally bought this piece in 2021 from Erik Szper at Radcliffe Jewelers (well regarded on the Rolex Forums) in Towson, MD and will provide the sales certificate from Radcliffe with the purchase. I was notified that the service occurred in early 2021.
During the service, the crown and hands were replaced along with the full service, but the dial, case, and bracelet are still original to the watch. I have thoroughly enjoyed wearing this watch, but it has come time for me to move on from this piece and I want to share it with someone else who will appreciate it. Watch Condition: Watch is still in very good condition - there are a few hairline scratches on the case and bezel, and a small nick at the edge of the case around 7:00. Surprisingly, the crystal still appears to be astonishingly clean to me. Bracelet Condition: Bracelet has very minimal stretch and has some desk dive marks throughout from wearing the watch. There are a total of 11 or 10.5 (can't tell if something is a half link) links in the watch and it currently fits my 6.8" wrist well with the clasp micro adjust set to the 3rd smallest size. Can provide extra link(s) at cost Movement Condition: I do not have a timegrapher so I cannot provide exact details, but the watch has kept very good time as should be expected from a Rolex with such recent factory service. Includes: Original outer box (a bit scuffed), inner box, factory service paper, and sales certificate from Radcliffe Jewelers. Asking Price: I am asking $6,390 for this watch(conus). This is the cheapest explorer on the market Not interested in trades at the moment. Please send a PM or text 4802806757 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
