i won’t be doing anymore watch transactions for quite a while, i just worry that the skydweller is only good for dressier occasions with the bezel, does anyone who has one wear it casual as well?

if daytona was a 41mm this wouldn’t be being typed, my subs wear great.

Hi,

My Sky Dweller definitely feels dressier than I would like. I was going for the Jubilee version but am so glad I got the Oyster.

The fluted bezel on all versions is very Datejust-y but I do wear mine on casual occasions. It doesn't feel as sporty as my Hulk, Sea Dweller (on a Rubber B) or neo vintage GMT but that has more to do with the thickness and heft of the piece.

My own opinion is that the Sky Dweller is doable in casual situations and even more so on an Oysterflex. Having said that there are casual situations and casual situations! Casual as in, going shopping, out and about - no problem. Casual, as in, gardening and playing with the kids... perhaps not!

My Daytona feels small as well but I kind of like that in a bizarre way.

I do much prefer my plain old Speedie, mind. It's just 10 times more legible!
