Sometimes it's refreshing to step back and appreciate what you can get for a fraction of the price of a Rolex. Particularly in the current times with the new crowd that only cares about resale, investment watches, plastic coverings for their Rolex, and whatever other nonsense is on their minds these days.
Picked this up the other day and I don't think I've ever been this impressed by a ~600 watch. Case and bracelet polishing is done really well. The bracelet itself is fantastic. Maybe some micro adjustment would have been nice, but can't complain for the price. The most shocking thing is the accuracy. I synced it Monday night and as of today, Thursday, it has lost one second. That's amazing. Yes, I understand that all movements can be regulated and all that stuff, but out of the box this is as good as my DJ41 or any other mechanical watch I've ever owned. They really have something special with this model.
