For about the past 6-8 years, I've used Jean Rousseau in NYC (they're in Paris too). JR has made custom straps for the FP Journe boutique, the Lange boutique, and others. Very happy with quality and service, and they make the straps domestically if you're ordering from here, which makes it easier to resolve issues.

Thanks. Yeah, I just spoke with "Louise" via whatsapp, she assured me that the strap is still being made, but would be shipping out to me within "10 days". We'll see. This will likely be the ONLY order I ever place with them.
