Current availability?

I have been away from watch collecting for 6 years and am slowly trying to join back in the fun! Recently heard that Subs are pretty readily available. I was offered my choice of GMT Master II (Batman or Pepsi), Red letter SeaDweller or Submariner (including the Green Ceramic).

Have you found Submariners are more readily available now than a year ago? Is the Batman more easily found than Pepsi (SS model)? I need to make some decisions and I love them all. Just not certain which model is most difficult to procure these days, because I would start with that one first.
