Rolex Service Center Beverly Hills Experience -

I just wanted to bring to everyone's attention what I witnessed at the Beverly Hills service center. I brought my 18238 YG day date there in the last few weeks and told the male service rep there was something on my left upper lug. In front of me, and to my horror, he used his bare fingernail to try and scrape off what I was describing to him. That is the last time I am bringing any of my watches there. INSANE !!
