I’m struggling with buying at boutique prices for these type pieces.
I’m used to Rolex, where buying at the boutique is the way to go (all 8 of mine came from AD). I will also comparison shop at EWC…any thoughts on this in general?
On Thursday, I spent some time in EWC and then visited the boutique literally as they were putting the 1815 AC in the window late that afternoon (they had just shown it to someone). You really can't go wrong buying from either. Sounds like you have experience with both but if you need names of specific salespeople at either place feel free to PM me.

This is so true! But people should know that the Saxonia AC doesn't have that one-push corrector. Pushing that button on the Saxonia AC advances only the date. That's a major negative.

Personally, I'm a fan of the old Langematik Perpetual. The Sax-0-Mat movement and one-push corrector are an incredible combination.
