I believe the media has done a fair job of giving the family some space at the moment. I believe the media is paying homage to one of the most influential artists of an era. People are celebrating his life still into these wee hours of the morning. Stars are coming forward and sharing their reactions to the untimely end.

This man did so much for race relations, developing a culture, and contributing to the betterment of society no matter what his personal issues may have been.

But like I said, from my perspective, the media has definitely been giving the family space, but they still are paying homage to this unexpected and great loss.

fair enough, frank! seeing more "tributes" today..and less speculation on his personal "habits'...thats a sigh of relief...May he continue to touch lives through his music and his contributions to society...
