When were ceramic pin sleeves first introduced to Day-Date?

Seeking input from the general knowledge of TRF:

Can anyone tell me exactly when were ceramic sleeves incorporated into PM Day-Date models? What year and model/reference did these become standard? Also, I know the 40mm DayDate has them. Does the 36mm have them too?? And how about other PM models- Full yellow-gold Sub or Daytona has ceramic sleeves too?

Thanks
