Got the call today from AD, first Rolex!

I've been a long time lover of all different types of time pieces but have always wanted to get that Green Box and experience the joy of making that purchase and the pride that goes along with finally achieving a life long goal. Been on the list for almost 2 years and finally got the call from my AD, it was an amazing experience from beginning to end. I went in thinking I was getting a Datejust 41 with smooth bezel, but I've always told myself it had to be fluted and wasn't sure i would be walking out with one today to be honest. As i got to my AD and she brought me back to side room to show me the piece and then proceeded to let me know that she had another choice which she hasn't been able to say in years! So she walks out and comes back to show me a Fluted bezel blue face with romans and i immediately busted into the biggest smile possible. I indeed did walk out with the watch and went back to work for the last few hours with a very evident grin haha. Anyways this was a huge day for me and they made the experience everything I was hoping it would be and more! I look forward to browsing and ejoying the forums!
