LV No Date Sub?

I have 126610 LV that I really like. I like the green bezel against the Black dial. However, I think I like the 124060 better as it is symmetrical and lacks the cyclops, which I tolerate.
Has anyone bought a No Date and had an independent watchmaker switch out the bezel? Or is this a crazy idea?
Could I then sell the Sub Date LV with the black bezel. Would this increase or decrease its value?

Again, am I crazy for even considering doing this? Is this even possible ?
