Icon9 About 1803 Buckley dial's front

Hello everyone, I found that the font on the 1803 Buckley dial is odd. The dash in the middle of the Day Date looks like the letter "I", The back looks like it has been recently treated, the color of the scar is too new, but other place is quite beautiful, is this dial a reprint?

I've googled and it seems like some dials look like this too? But because the resolution of the pictures on the Internet is not good, it is difficult to identify, I would like to ask for your help.
