Rolex Daytona 2022 Care.

I have searched and searched everywhere and just cannot find any answers so I hope someone knows?

Every where I read, regarding Rolex care, it says Rolex Daytona keeps charge for up to 70hrs.

I have yet to come across a clear definitive answer for these questions, which is so obvious to ask but yet never addressed.

1) Will winding your Rolex daily damage the watch?

2) If you dont wear it daily and only wear it occassioanlly, like once a week or once every two weeks, if you wind it daily will this keep it running "on time" (within accepetable errors of accuracy) and not stop.

3) How LONG do you have to wear the watch on a day for it to be charged for up to 70hrs? For example if you wear it for an hour, is that long enough? Is 30 minutes long enough? Is 5 minutes enough? Not a single place addresses how long daily you need to wear the watch for it to keep charge up to 70hrs.

I just believe how difficult its been to get an answer to this. Rolex says wearing it daily is fine to keep charge for up to 70hrs, but never is it specified for how long?

Oh and Merry Xmas and Seasons Greetings and thank you to all that answer this.
