Is it time to buy?
Hey all ,
About 10 years ago I bought my first rolex from someone on this board. I bought a SS GMT 2. I bought it for 6700 and sold it over the summer for 11k. Afterward, I bought an all gold breitling for 14k, ended up selling it because I wanted something a bit bigger (it was 39 mm) but a beautiful watch. I like yellow gold. I’d love a presedential or all gold sub, but those will be too expensive for me at the moment. Is my next best bet a two tone datejust? I definitely don’t want stainless steel anymore. And if this is the way to go, is it time to buy now or do you guys see the market sinking even more? I saw a 2020 two tone datejust champagne dial box and papers in my local Jewlery store for 13k. I like the watch, but I wouldn’t want to spend that money to find the values drop more in the future. Is this a decent deal? |
